Kanzura Cosmos is an AI-powered beauty intelligence platform that provides ingredient analysis, product catalog browsing, safety scoring, and formulation analytics for cosmetic products.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email/password registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape or bulk-download data without permission
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Kanzura Cosmos, including the AI models, safety scores, interface design, and documentation, are owned by Kanzura Cosmos and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer
The information provided by Kanzura Cosmos is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional dermatological, medical, or cosmetic advice. Safety scores and ingredient analyses are based on available data and may not account for individual sensitivities or allergies.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kanzura Cosmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
